A 495 sg.ft house construction kit made of plywood that has been cut by a CNC machine.

The structure of the building is made of a skin of 45/64" (18mm) plywood on the outside and of 45/64" (18mm) plywood on the inside, and between those 11 13/16" (300mm) gap for insulation. This provides incredibly good U-values for the thermal efficiency of the house. In addition, the air tightness of the structure is also very good for the house; these are unique aspects of this house's technology.

The house construction kit consists of pre-cut plywood parts for a structural shell only and is made of 45/64" (18mm) structural plywood, along with fixings to assemble the plywood structure.
